Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding weekends) via the Royal Mail first class signed for service. If you have not received your order within 12-14 working days please contact us at info@subsbench.co.uk (International/Non-UK orders may take longer).
Please note: Made To Order bobbles will take between 7-14 days. It will state in the hats description if it is a pre-order product.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with your goods we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, or simply ask us a question you can contact us at info@subsbench.co.uk using the form on our 'Contact Us' page. We do ask for returns to be sent via a trackable service to ensure they are not lost or damaged in transit.
